Our Story
We’re Ania and Hubert, life and business partners who thrive on innovation, resilience, and shared passion. Our entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 with Funktional, a branding agency we elevated into one of Poland’s leading creative firms, partnering with major brands such as Coca-Cola and Deloitte. Ania joined in 2014 as Creative Director, revolutionizing our approach with empathy-driven design. Our personal and professional bond was cemented at our wedding in 2016 at Burning Man, where we engraved our rings with the motto "Crazy Together Forever"—symbolizing our unique partnership.
Yet, despite our growth, economic shifts in 2023 led Funktional to bankruptcy, teaching us invaluable lessons in adaptability and strategic foresight. Parallel to this, in 2016, we founded Pandruk, pioneering lean print innovation and successfully exiting in 2024, further embedding lean innovation into our DNA. In 2022, our journey continued with CommonWorld, co-founded alongside Bartek Gocał, an innovative platform for SMB asset co-ownership, showcasing how strategic collaboration fuels progress.
