Information on the processing of personal data

(information obligation)

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”), we inform you that:

    1. Personal Data Controller
      The controller of your personal data is 1KOLLEKTIV LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Dolnych Młynów 3/1, 31-124 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000683466, NIP: 6762531785, REGON: 367576796 (hereinafter: “Controller”).

  1. Purposes and legal bases for processing
    Personal data are processed:
    • for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the indicated position – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);
    • for the purpose of future recruitment processes – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject).
  2. Voluntary provision of data
    The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, in the case of recruitment for a specific position indicated in the announcement, providing data within the scope specified in Article 22¹ of the Labour Code (Act of 26 June 1974) is necessary to conduct the recruitment process. Failure to provide the data may prevent participation in the recruitment.
  3. Data retention period
    – Data processed in connection with recruitment for the indicated position will be stored until the recruitment process is completed and for the period enabling the pursuit of possible claims, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).
    – Data processed for the purposes of future recruitment will be stored for no longer than 12 months from the time of their submission, unless consent is withdrawn earlier – in such a case, processing will end on the date the withdrawal of consent is reported.
  4. Recipients of data
    Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller under data processing agreements, e.g. IT service providers or companies supporting recruitment processes.
  5. Rights of the data subject
    You have the right to:
    • access your personal data,
    • rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
    • object to processing,
    • data portability,
    • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  6. Withdrawal of consent
    Where data are processed on the basis of consent (e.g. for future recruitment), consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Controller. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
  7. No automated decision-making
    Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
